Following a family tradition in the heating industry dating back to 1926, ESC was established in 1983 as an HVAC/R & Electrical, Design / Build & Service Company in Alliston, Ontario.

1986 - Entered the Cleanroom market as a Mechanical / Electrical Sub Contractor.

1987 – Began manufacturing of Custom HVAC systems for our clients.

1988 - Embraced DDC controls and their numerous benefits.

1989 - Initiated the Quality Improvement Process after attending a Quality College sponsored by Air Conditioning Contractors of America.

1993 - The Air Conditioning Contractors of America, of Washington, DC, honoured us as their "Small Contractor of the Year", for our commitment to quality and high industry standards and we moved our offices to Barrie.

2000 - Became a full Turn Key Cleanroom provider.

2003 - Started the process to become ISO 9001:2000 registered.

2004 - Earned our ISO 9001:2000 Quality System Registration.

2007 - Moved to our new facility @ 122 Commerce Park Drive, Barrie
