For Non Pharmaceutical Cleanrooms we will usually use a T Bar System, with a non flush system. All can use various ceiling tile styles, typically Vinyl faced Gypsum or Aluminum faced panels with various core materials.

T Bar 1 1/2" Steel with Gasket Advantages are: 1. First Cost 2. Wire Hung System is easy to Install Disadvantages are: 1. Does not always seal 100%, suitable for use to ISO Class 6 2. Not easily relocated

T Bar 2" Aluminum Gasketted Advantages: 1. Easy Cleanup as it involves a clean installation Disadvantages are: 1. Labour intensive installation, requiring an interstitial to hang the T- Bar from.

T Bar - Power T 1.Easy Installation, using large panels 2.Heavy Duty T bar can span larger areas, with out hangers 3.Can be walkable if designed for the weight.

Inverted T Bar

Advantages:

1. Easy Installation, using large panels
2. Quick one step installation, with Easy Cleanup
